The company is engaged in the management of urban sanitation services and the running of waste recovery and disposal plants, including any and all complementary and connected activities. It was founded in 1989 and has its registered head office located in Santa Teresa, Spoltore, Italy.The company's main operational areas are: environmental study, design, and assessment; urban sanitation services; construction and management of waste recovery and disposal plants; system for leachate treatment; land reclamation and implementation of safety measures; and energy production from renewable sources. The company is the majority partner of important private companies, such as Ecologica Sangro, which builds and runs disposal and recovery plants in the Lanciano (Chieti) basin, and Abruzzo Energia, operating in the sector of biomass energy recovery and WDF (waste-derived fuels). It is committed to use of the best available technologies and the attainment of high quality standards, enabled the company to become a large group with high professional expertise in the environmental sector.
