Many lessons have certainly been instructive and valuable, but the lecture by Prof. Corbetta particularly struck and influenced us because it gave us a concrete sense of long-term vision. It clarified the concepts of perseverance and cohesion, which means carrying forward the company vision over time without hesitation and sharing it with as many people as possible, both inside and outside the company.
