What does “entrepreneurship” mean to you?
For me, entrepreneurship is almost synonymous with innovation: discovering new paths, facing new scenarios, opening new doors. And doing it independently, freely, answering for it in the first person but with a team around me.
What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
Without a doubt listening to others, both collaborators and external interlocutors at all levels! As they say, experience counts, and in my case I would have liked to have had the ability to listen in past years as a brake on the youthful impetuosity that has always distinguished me.

How is your company acting as a game changer in the landscape?
Innovation for sure. I think I can say, without being presumptuous, that the market recognizes this. We have always approached business by seeking innovation. Sometimes sacrificing repetitive business models for lack of intellectual stimulation and paying a price in terms of turnover.
What Should Your Life Motto Be?
Be a cohesive team!
We are able to win over the big IT competitors with just one quality: we are not smarter or more capable but we are a cohesive team. While the big ones spend so much energy on internal processes (and sometimes conflicts), we develop all our strength externally.

ELITE: the European network of private SMEs which accelerates the process to access private and public capital markets. Why it can be the game changing opportunity companies should consider?
I have already said this on other occasions: the Elite path, starting from the initial mini-master, “changed my mind”, gave me a new perspective with which to see my company, making me understand the importance of the financial aspect and the market point of view. It is not common to make an entrepreneur change his perspective, congratulations Elite!
