What does “entrepreneurship” mean to you?
Entrepreneurship means the ability to transform an innovative idea into a concrete solution that has an economic, environmental, and social impact. It is also the ability to adapt and solve problems creatively, especially in a changing context like the mobility sector in which MinervaS operates. Entrepreneurship therefore means taking informed risks to create value and improve the quality of life through technology.
What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
During my entrepreneurial journey, one of the most significant lessons I have learned is the importance of resilience and adaptability. In a constantly evolving environment like that of startups, facing unexpected challenges and quickly adapting to changes is crucial for success. A particularly enlightening experience was when we had to pivot our market strategy due to a sudden change in customer needs. This taught us to always be ready to revise our plans and not be afraid to experiment with new solutions.
