What does “entrepreneurship” mean to you?
Entrepreneurship, for me, goes beyond simply creating a company. It is a way of life that involves a strong sense of responsibility, a continuous search for innovative solutions and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. It is a fascinating journey, full of satisfaction but also challenges, requiring courage, perseverance, and a clear vision of goals.
What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
The business world is constantly changing. I have learned that flexibility and the ability to adapt to change are critical to success, and that to remain competitive you need to constantly update and invest heavily in training. I had to revise my strategies and plans several times, and I realized that rigidity can be an insurmountable obstacle.
I have found that building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, and all stakeholders is a long-term investment. Trusting each other is the foundation of all success, and I have learned to nurture these relationships with care and attention.
